PCB Mounts
You can use PCB mounts to mount your PCB inside the enclosure. This looks very tidy and also protects the PCB from strain. The PCB mounts I have used have a sticky side to stick onto the inside of the enclosure and a plastic spike that firmly holds your PCB down once it is inserted. You can, without too much effort, remove the PCB from the mounts as well, by pushing the latch back on the top of the mount and lifting the PCB over the top of it.

Cable Clamps
It is also a good idea to use cable clamps to hold down and guide the cable inside the enclosure. This is not only neater but also can pervent damage to the internal circuitry incase for instance, someone trips on the cable etc. These are the cable clamps (left) I have used in my controller, however there are a large variety of others available as well:

Rubber Feet
4 Self-Adhesive rubber pads stuck on the bottom of your enclosure are a good way to stop it from sliding around when you are playing a game. These can be picked up from most hardware stores and are pretty inexpensive:
